Fee to inspect appliances and piping before turning gas on.

Home Systems Check $125
Includes air test and Inspection on all appliances. Any additional labor billed at $75hr

Gas Bill Late Fee $15 or 15%
Late fee is $15 dollars if the bill is under $100, or 15% if the bill is over $100
